We’re excited to welcome Baltimore County students entering grades 2–5 to our 2025 Educational Enrichment Program—where academic support meets personal growth!

Offered virtually by appointment and in person at the Baltimore County Public Library – Owings Mills Branch, this year-round program focuses on:

• ELA and sight word fluency

• Grade-level math concepts

• Social-emotional learning & etiquette

• And most importantly—building confidence in every child.
